Special Occasions
..... The library staff dressed up as the cast from Charlie and the Chocolate 
Factory on Halloween. Beth and I dressed as Oompah-Loompahs, and 
it's said that Beth is the reason we won first place in the City of Glendale 
Halloween costume contest. Anyway, the television station came to report
on how the library staff were doing special things for the patrons on 
Halloween, and Beth and I had our 5 seconds of fame on TV. It was lots
of fun for everyone.

I can’t believe it! It’s not possible!

My Mom says that I’m a Christmas Eve Baby and  I’m going to be one-year-old in 3 weeks.
How time flies when you’re busy working at the Library. Some of my best friends, Auntie Ro, Auntie Michelle, Auntie Susan, Auntie Gillian, and Auntie Christy,
are making Mom give me a birthday party. 
How mortifying. Mom says I don’t need any more toys. So don’t bring me any birthday gifts (Mom made me say that.) But please come to my party. Mom is making human treats,
and I will share my canine cake with you, too. I’m going to bring treats you can take home to your doggie kids. Please come to the Main Boardroom on 
Wednesday, Dec. 14, at 2:00 in the daytime.
